      Great company to had been a part of, the technology was truly innovating. Xylos was a diamond in the rough, the technology might have been ahead of it time. Such an honor to know the people the made up the team.

      Cons

      Sad day to see the door close, only if this company had more to to prove its worth.

      Pros

      Paradise for 1st time job seeker OPT/CPT Students. Who lost all hopes to get IT job.

      Cons

      They will pay very low rate $40-$50/HR even for real experienced candidate. They don't worry about consultant life, they believe in pocketing in $20-30-/HR for each consultant working for them, they don't care consultant has experience or not as long as client pays they are enjoying their commision part.
