Excellent health benefits and relaxed dress code.
Cons
(In former employee's opinion) Poor leadership and unclear expectations from most management. Abundant stress placed on mid level managers/employees is evident, and training time of new people is insufficient because of this. Hints of nepotism and good ol' boy culture are evident. Boring, tedious work assignments and outdated business practices will attract few young, creative workers. This will leave the company in a bad place when their long time leadership retires over the next several years. Low pay. Non union, which is especially disappointing for the warehouse side of things.
