Good Management and a relatively happy staff. I moved up the ranks, so to say, quite quickly and was offered shifts based on my needs. At the time I had just moved to the area and they knew I needed to make rent, in a short time I was offered better shifts to help support that.

It’s a job, and the type of clientele they attract… they’re not the best tippers. So keep that in mind.
