Pros
For someone as young as I am, its hard to find a job that can make more than minimum wage, and being able to choose my own hours (for the most part) was nice. My coworkers and boss were very friendly, even when being pushy
Cons
I wasnt there for more than a month, but the lady who trained me had been there for years and had a hell of a hard time getting a tablet that works properly (a piece of equipment that makes our job so much easier) from our boss. We werent supposed to mention that we did a credit check unless asked or that the information mailed included an unactivated mastercard until the very end. Not everyone mentioned the unactivated card so there were multiple instances of customers complaining after they got their package and even telling others not to sign up. I was more honest than the others selling in my area but i still had to lose sales from their dishonesty, and my boss (who was also commission only i believe and made quite a bit of money from this) would say no/brush off the question when asked if this was about a mastercard, give away multilpe coupons (which we arent allowed to do), and ask us not to take any days off near the end of the month if she wasnt meeting her quota (which makes no sense because there are the least amount of shoppers near the end of the month because a lot of disability/pension stuff comes at the begining). The lady who was asked to train me (something not in her job description) was also only offered 20$ once i got my first 100$ as compensation, hardly fair considering time/customers she could have tried to get sales with now had to be given to me.
