Pros

Free sunnies, free lunch once a week.

Cons

No private daily work areas to be had, meaning Goodr doesn’t invest in private work stations. Some days I work at a cold, round table in a room with 65+ people doing the same thing. There’s a chaotic atmosphere that makes it difficult to get any work done. The CEO is out of touch and uses the same tactics that I’ve seen before when leadership doesn’t have a real plan or sense of purpose for the company. The company has many unique phrases known only to Goodr and this doesn’t seem to be helping anything, the work CULTure is totally different than described online.

Pros

I’ve been with goodr for quite some time now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever worked. The company’s culture is all about positivity, and having fun, which makes it an incredibly motivating environment. It’s refreshing to work somewhere where everyone truly cares about one another—not just as colleagues, but as people. One of the biggest perks of working at goodr is the focus on work-life balance. The company really encourages employees to maintain a healthy balance, offering flexible hours and unlimited paid time off. Plus, the benefits package is fantastic we are lucky. I also love how much goodr empowers employees to bring fresh ideas to the table, and there’s always room to grow and take on new challenges. It’s exciting to be part of a company that’s not only thriving in the marketplace but also genuinely cares about its people and the impact we make. If you’re looking for a company that invests in its employees, fosters a positive culture, and offers great benefits, Goodr is the place to be. I couldn’t be happier to be part of such an incredible team!

Cons

Like any company, there are a few areas where goodr could improve. The fast-paced environment can sometimes mean long hours, especially during busy seasons, which might be challenging for some people who prefer a more predictable schedule. Additionally, while there’s a lot of room for creativity, communication between teams could be better at times.

Pros

Fun events, great coworkers, free lunch Tuesdays, two days a week in office, trimesterly events, clear raise structure, clear feedback structure, unlimited vacation

Cons

It's not what it advertises to be. They claim to be fun, but in reality they are corporate and work you as such. They will burn you out. Work is unclear sometimes, and if you point problems they say to ignore the problem. This is especially true in non-product deparments, since the c-suite understands product and finance well but not marketing or systems.
