Pros
Pros: - Fully remote work, which offers flexibility and makes work-life management easier. - People leaders of every Operational Departments, they are very prepared;
Cons
Cons: In my experience, the company has been in a slow decline since the major organizational changes and acquisitions began. Several teams became consistently overloaded due to poor integration of newly acquired companies. Lack of unified processes across acquired teams created operational chaos and inefficiencies. Many departments have tried to provide their feedback, but the decisions always come from a top-level management that has no clear idea of the specifity and challenges of each department. Recent shifts, such as talk of layoffs and the opening of a new office outside Europe, have contributed to a sense of instability. Internal feedback surveys did not seem to lead to meaningful action; concerns were often redirected to people leaders instead of being handled at a company-wide level. Cultural values and overall employee experience feel very different from what once made the company stand out.
Pros
- Remote work - Flexible hours - Good support from colleagues - Fun social contacts even with distances - New career plan looks promising but need follow-up from manager Freedom to follow new career path inside the company. Many chances to learn.
Cons
Managers are not experienced, don’t understand how to communicate strategy and feedback. iubenda is not known outside of Italy. Marketing must invest in PR and presence outside of Italia. Perks could be improved but new CEO promised to change it.
