I really like the fact that I was able to have a part of the interview to shadow the work environment before getting into the position. It allowed me to get a feel for the work place, tasks, and the staff. I definitely appreciate that this company has an emphasis on being "entrepreneurial spirited" and being goal/team oriented. There is definitely a lot of room for growth/promotion from working with the company. My all time favorite thing about working here is the personal and professional development that I'm, getting- especially with the guidance with my two mentors.

I've been working full-time at Iconic Solutions for almost a year now. As a recent college grad, I was open to new challenges and opportunities; so long as I gained valuable experience along the way. I've found that Iconic Solutions offers incredible sales and marketing experience that compliments the management training very well. I've learned managerial skills ranging from training and interviewing, to leadership and public speaking. Iconic Solutions also offers an upbeat, fast-paced work environment with merit-based upward mobility.
