      Pros

      -Christian Owned -Family Owned -Remote work -Professionalism -Great culture -The company ALWAYS puts the client first. They are committed to making money with the clients, not off the clients. -It's huge to be able to sell a service that you actually believe in!

      Cons

      The only 'con' I can think of, is that working on numerous projects at the same time can be stressful. Even this, however, stretches each contractor in a good way.

      Pros

      I love working here because of the company culture. The company puts their contractors and their clients before their profit. They care more about delivering a great service to their clients than making a buck and they value taking care of their contractors more than anything. I enjoy everyone that I work with. I feel valued and appreciated. I feel like I am doing meaningful work for bettering small businesses. And, most of all, work is fun! I am learning new things everyday and growing my overall skill set. My co-workers are constantly encouraging me and building me up.

      Cons

      Honestly? The hardest part of the job is finding people who are as committed to excellence as everyone else on the team. We don't see a job as just something to clock in and out of. We want to enjoy what we do and we want everybody who joins our team to be encouraging and uplifting.
