HR Director and Clinic Director constantly fail to listen to employees' concerns and provide fair support within the company. There appeared to be favoritism when it came to enforcing policies. The work environment felt inconsistent and unfair, with employees feeling disposable rather than valued. Terminations seemed to happen based on personal preference rather than objective performance or proper communication.Leadership lacked transparency, accountability, and COMMUNICATION. do not waste your time please. Upper management all they care is about numbers, they don't care to double work you and not compensate you for it. they will promise you growth, the perfect schedule and tell you everything you want to hear in your interview, and not follow through.
