      Pros

      It was a fun working environment and I got along with all my co-workers

      Cons

      The manager was condescending and lied about everything. The commission structure was poor, it was so hard to bonus out. The territory was overworked and upderproducing and he would not help to expand it or move you. Lots of corporate hoops to jump through for little to no compensation.

      Compensation, bonuses and advancement are based upon the overall performance of our employees. The great thing about that is you get to control just how far you want to go, and grow, professionally. Though we're excited about what opportunities this makes available for our associates, it's not a fit for everyone, and I'm sorry to hear that this was the case for you.

      Pros

      If you're looking to grow and develop as an employee this company offers a lot of personal development opportunities. It is a very rewarding yet challenging industry. If you are intrinsically motivated and strive to meet company metrics you can do very well here. It's definitely a plus that IR has established a great reputation with our candidates and clients.

      Cons

      If you consider it a con, you have to be very motivated to succeed. You are not told what to do everyday.
