This company has really helped me develop and polish all the management skills I already had. Albert is a great manager and has developed into more of a mentor to me than a boss. This company is always challenging me and always teaching me new management routines to progress my skills and career, something that I didn't have in my previous job. I am excited to see what my future holds in this company and can't wait to take the next leap forward.

Opportunity in growth is here. I've been with this company for over a year. I have seen people get promoted to Assistant Managers and to Markering Directors. Yes...this Management program requires long hours and dedication but the rewards are great. I've seen and met people calling this place a scam but in reality this is a place that will challenge you and build you up to become a better person and prepares you to run your own office one day. The ones who quit and say that this place doesn't pay much are the ones who can't commit and can't reach their weekly goals. It's easier to blame others than yourself. This place has taught me that I'm the only one who can hold me back and I should always hold myself accountable if my goals aren't reached. By the way...my average paychecks are from $650 -$800 weekly. So....umm...no it's not pyramid scheme.
