      115 per sale is nice. easy to get sales

      Cons

      Talking to seniors can be draining, and can be predatory at times when some plans are not good but have to put them on it anyway.

      Earning potential and fun culture, but inconsistent leadership

      *Lots of earning potential *excellent training *Fun work-culture *

      Cons

      *Company loses carries a lot which drastically effects sales month-to-month. You really get the impression that the insurance carriers DO NOT support or trust his company's sales process. *Compliance standards seem to change with the wind. One minute you'll be following scripting and have full compliance. The next week you'll follow the same process but all of the sudden your sale is deemed "non-comissionable" due to compliance. *Some team leaders are relaxed and willing to work with you. Others are completely incompetent who have no business leading a cardboard box, let alone a team of 30+ agents.
