Pros
Many 2 hour job interviews so I thought it would have quality employees. They hire veterans. The best days are when Randy is on pto. You get to sign contracts giving away all your rights.
Cons
The leadership hires veterans and felons and IT rejects. Randy has no business steering a tech company. He is a General and pretends not to see bad behavior. Employees tell each other they are stupid. This business is broken. Leaders here are always right. Randy does not get involved until he can yell at his people if a customer is pissed. After they asked for a raise Randy fired a great salesman and service manager. Randy hires replacements fast because he is desperate. He knows they have serious problems that cost their last company a lot but still hires them.
