Pros
Offered great entry-level experience in start-up atmosphere. Company culture was great and felt comfortable working in the office every day I came in to work. Learned an ample amount due to closely working under the two founders which I found to be the highlight of my experience. The two founders were a great balance, and the coworkers were also a huge reason why working there didn't feel like a stressful office job. As a college student at the time, I could not have asked for a better work experience.
Cons
The neighboring company on our office floor was a loud and obnoxious barnacle.
