Working at NC stimulates growth, you get tons of hands on experience, and management is always willing to listen, work, and grow your abilities. If you are someone who is reliable, shows great ability, you will succeed here and see benefits come in whether you want it or not.

Cons

Bottlenecks, what company doesn't have that? For a company that is constantly growing these are the harsh realities one would have to face. If you don't have the patience for that then this isn't the place for you.

This company moves fast. If you need structure, this isn't the place. If you want to grow and learn more than you've ever done at any company, this is the place for you.Meetings and micromanagement: this company does not do it. Fun happy hour and company events. Really hardworking environment during work hours, done at 5ish almost all the time. They care about you, and it shows.

Cons

At times people can get a bit territorial with their work. Sometimes people move too fast without getting proper fixes in place. Young management can show their colors. I see things improving every day, which is hard to find in a company. They do take strides to fix issues, and put proper systems in place where it is weak.
