Really great culture. Fair and clear sales comp structures. Management is very accessible and will 'get your back' when situations arise.
Netmining has a few veteran sellers that one could learn a lot from (J.C., N.P.); their President Dean Vegliante was a great mentor, and CPO Chris Hansen is certainly a thought leader in the digital space and a great asset for the company. They also have a stellar Sales Coordinator (#Arlinda), meticulous Account Management personnel, a solid finance team who is always available to help, and great SWAG thanks to a forward thinking marketing team. Netmining also puts a lot of resources into Business Development under the leadership of their highly capable VP of Data Joseph Lavan, so rest assured they are always thinking of new ways to help their sellers help their clients.
Also, the $0.25 cans of soda might be the best deal in Manhattan.
Netmining is a great place to work/grow/learn for those interested in a career in digital advertising.

They can have short memories as far as "what have you done lately," but like any aggressive advertising company going to market to win, that might be expected.
