OLinData is a great company to work with talented, helpful and proactive colleagues and boss with Interesting problems to solve. Very easy going work atmosphere and a nice office. I have to say, If you are willing to learn new things and improve yourself every day, then OlinData is the best company.
In addition, I truly like the freedom and responsibility that is given to every employee from day one. There are no silly policies that tell you what to do; you are expected to be yourself and contribute. With seasonable assessments, you will know what you can improve in.
