- lots of opportunity to learn, try new things, experiment - close nit group of individuals; supportive of each other - flexible PTO to address life's emergencies - company closes between Christmas and New Year's Day each year w/PTO for everyone

- owner/founder/software inventor has very strong controls over the direction of the company - struggling with reinventing the product - struggling to react to market forces
