      Pros

      O.U.R. is truly making a big difference for an important cause in the world. I've never seen such a dedicated, good group of people!

      Cons

      They are growing extremely fast and with that comes some growing pains (catching processes and systems up to support the growth). Hope they catch up soon! They're working hard to do so.

      We spend a lot of time dealing with very traumatic situations because we are fighting child sex trafficking.
