You get to teach yourself a lot of useful skills. If you like working on your own and teaching yourself, it's great.

No coherent management strategy, mistake after mistake is made to the point where you get asked to work for free. The CEO constantly shoots himself and everyone else in the foot.
During my time at Point Motion, I built strong foundations for my UX career and had a very supportive team. The remote setting still allowed for good collaboration.
