Pros

The silver lining of working at this horrible place is how much I've learned to stand up for myself and handle a lying CEO.

Cons

You will NOT get paid on time nor will it be for the right amount. It will be through a wire transfer and you'll receive no paystub. The 401k is a scam and the CEO takes money out of it to fund the company. Health benefits will also rarely be paid and you will only find out when you go to the doctor and they deny your insurance. In regards to working, you will be extremely overworked and undervalued. While I was working here for 3 years, we had so much employee turnover it was embarrassing. They are very understaffed and will promise the clients anything in order to keep them. Many of the services the CEO sells are not real or are taken from another company. The CEO got so butthurt about the bad reviews on here that he changed the name of the company (this is the second time) in order to start on a fresh name. They are now called PowerPublish.

Pros

Lots of hands-on experience working with multiple clients, giving everyone different opportunities to learn, grow and advance in their career. As industries adapt and incorporate new marketing methods due to COVID-19, the team is continuously learning and keeping up-to-date with recent marketing/business trends to bring forth the best ideas for client success. It's an extremely open work culture, which allows the team to communicate and help each other when needed.

Cons

It is a very independent work culture that puts a lot of responsibility on every employee to complete tasks and present their best work possible. It can become overwhelming for some individuals, especially for work-life balance.

Pros

Great people and a growing business

Cons

A start-up mentality means multi tasking, which isn’t for everyone.
