Pros
Diverse clientele to improve skills and provide valuable experience. Ability to show your worth through results. Supportive management staff and coworkers. Positive outcomes for children with special needs.
Cons
Some clients can be difficult to work with, especially on a consistent basis, but management is aware of this and always willing and to help prevent burnout for employees. Just make sure you speak up if something is bothering you.

Help individuals with autism, yearly raise based on performance (very fair), on-site training, work with your schedule if you are in school or have children
Cons
High burnout, little room to grow if you are not continuing schooling to become a BCBA, overall low pay but can make ends meet
