Pros

I feel very satisfied with my role. I love the mission of the organization which is providing medically tailored meals for chronically ill people and the elderly. I love my direct team as all of us are very supportive and always looking to do our best. People in other departments also seem to enjoy their jobs. Something important to notice is that employees that work here also stay here for several years, some until they retire. Great organization to work for!

Cons

Not many opportunities to grow or to be promoted Work location: Tenderloin in SF.
