      Pros

      The team at Quickframe is outstandingly smart, driven and self-starting. Everyone consistently pushes towards the common good, continues to strive for excellence and help the people working next to them strive for the same on a daily basis. There are so many things to learn and so many different ways/teams/people to get involved with and grow your personal work experience and the company at the same time.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but it is crucial to be flexible and have the ability to "wear many hats" at QF, like at most start ups. If you're not able to manage your own time/work load and be a self-starter, this prob isn't the place for you!
