Extremely supportive and helpful administration. The entire school atmosphere is one of the best ones that I have experienced in my career of over 15 years!
The administration is dedicated to the students. The schedules are thoughtful and manageable. Time to plan lessons and time for activities with students outside of just academics.
Cons
No school is perfect. The class sizes can be a little large. It's a new school so everyone is asked to work hard and go beyond their role sometimes.
Teachers are micromanaged and are overworked (by a lot) with responsibilities other than teaching. Websites for parents , detailed lesson plans, objectives on the board, calling parents , minimal planning time , cameras in the classroom so admin can view , SLAM lessons , to name a few. Morale is low. Teachers are worried about too much and their time is not valued.
