      Pros

      Very agile company that is willing to listen to anyone with a good idea. It's employee-owned, which is HUGE. The team is fantastic.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it's good to have a scrappy/start-up mindset here.

      The company provides a great corporate culture for their employees, and their management is engaged with their entire staff. The management truly cares about their employees. They have competitive benefits and they offer many training opportunities.
