      Pros

      The leadership team is transparent, smart, nimble, and open to new ideas. Across the board, co-workers are logical, curious, and eager to collaborate. I've really enjoyed working at Vested and learning from the entire team.

      Cons

      It can be busy, but that's a good problem to have. Growth means opportunity.

      Great place to grow in your career

      Pros

      Ability to grow quickly, especially early in your career. Very transparent feedback culture and managers committed to your growth. Curious colleagues that are really interested in clients’ industries. Ability to flex into a wide variety of types of communications work — you can be writing a social post one minute, planning an event the next and writing a press release the third

      Very fast-paced environment which can create opportunities to grow — but also can feel overwhelming

      Pros

      Interview process was efficient and not overly taxing/time intensive (2-3 rounds of interviews with relevant team members). Interviewers accurately reflected the role/responsibilities of the job. People are friendly and helpful throughout onboarding process. Lots of resources and great benefits. Leadership is welcoming and engaged with everyone. Transparent and fair job performance expectations. Great work environment overall.

      Cons

      Remote work can be hard to create a work culture/team bond, but they provide opportunities to travel and meet the team, so it’s just about capitalizing on the opportunities offered.
