      Great Company to work for

      Pros

      Great Family run company. Culture is spot on, full of hard working friendly people. Loads of days out, good pay and career prospects constantly reviewed. Great training programs. On site canteen which is subsidised and free parking. Always looking for feed back as the company grows.

      Cons

      Not many cons- the bank is relatively young and growing rapidly. If you can keep up with the pace of change then no problem at all.
