The process is long and involved, you are required to complete an initial competency/IQ test on the internet. You then get invited to an interview with between 2-4 people, this is all about you, your knowledge of the industry and the company. The second interview involves presenting a piece of work that you would have been sent after the first interview. It would be a piece of data that you would need to analyse and draw insights from. You will present these findings in a second interview and discuss the role in more detail. Finally the internal recruiter will either discuss with you or your recruitment company about an offer.
