I answered an ad in a trade magazine, submitting my CV. I was called for two interviews, one with an HR person and one with the line manager. The interviews were very civilized and professional and I was researched with regard to the company and its activities. But I did not get a strong sense of the type of person they sought. I did not get the job because I did not have specific television experience.
