Difficult Interview

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Nashville, TN (took a day)
HR rep contacted me for a position she felt I was qualified for. I drove 3.5 hrs to Nashville for the interview. However, the HR rep did not meet with me, I was immediately thrown into an interview with a VP and Mgr. Shortly, in the process it was obivous that I did not have the experience for this position. The HR rep should have known this by my resume experience or she did not understand the position she was searching for. To top it off, I was not offered any reimbursement for the mileage to travel there for the interview.
