Interview Details – Applied online, was contacted next day by the recruiter, interviewed in office with him, went to a local branch and observed for 45 min and then had my 2nd interview with the area manager. Interview went well and was long and he told me in the office that he liked me and was going to send me on to my 3rd interview with the regional manager. Interviewed with him a week later and after about 2 hours of leaving my interview with him I got a phone call from the enterprise recruiter informing me that I got the job.
Interview Questions
- Rank order of importance to you: work/life balance, pay, hard work being noticed and one other thing Answer Question
- Tell me about a time when you had an upset customer...how did you deal with the situation Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation. Starting salary is $32, 500 (is what they tell you but you are paid hourly) 12.33/hr and 18/hr for every hour over 40
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 weeks.
