Interview Details – I applied to the position, one week later the staffing specialist scheduled the date for a phone interview. It was 20 minutes long. Face to face interview was then scheduled 1.5 week later. 4 people interviewed me, each lasted 30 minutes. The recruiter called for references, and sent me a link for background check. Everything was good and they gave me an offer. I started working 2 weeks after the offer.
Interview Questions
- Why would you like to work for us? What do you know about the company? Answer Question
- Your educational background and experiences are more than required for the position. Do you feel overqualified? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – It was easy, they asked what my expectation was. I got what I asked for.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks.
