Interview
Had 4 rounds. First one was written on computer skills and communications. Second was telephonic on subject knowledge. Third was 1:1 on Market Research i.e., on qualitative and quantitative research skills. Final was report writing on given topic to be done at home on MS office tools and submitted in 2 days.
The interview process was easy and over all good. It was not that difficult just accounting and finance concepts should be clear and also stay updated about current affair questions.
It was good consisting of 4 rounds.
First round group discussion and second round written test consists of different sections maths aptitude english and essay writing and other topics.
Third round is the technical round.
Fourth round about the core technical with senior employee.

Generally, interview process involve 3 round beginning with hr round (general round) followed by 2 technical rounds with hiring managers and team leads.
First technical round is on candidate's profile, work experience and subject knowledge. Second round involves questions based on the job role applied for and the understanding of market (eg oil and gas market, mining sector etc.)
