The interview process took around 2 months. The interviewer was very sweet. They mainly asked me about my education and experience. They also asked me other simple questions like 'Why i wanted to join JWT in particular?' They were extremely impressed with my portfolio and CV. I suggest if you're applying for a creative position, always carry your portfolio along.
