Interviewed Aug 2007 in Denver, CO (took 2 weeks)
Fair and fun. Easy for those who were qualified.
It helped that I knew the Company well.
I dressed for success and entered business casual.
At the time, recruting was managed by a contracted service company and its employees.
Actual scheduled interviews were conducted by Company employee managers.
Study the Company in advance on its public website and on other websites and at the public library and use the public library's online business article databases.
Look the Company up on Amazon.com .
Open a retail mutual fund account or an IRA with the company to become a client and see how the client/participant account website works.
Read up on the deferred annuities retirement investment products and how they "pay out".
