Whsmith Sales Assistant Interview

I got a phone call asking if I'd like to come into the shop for an interview. When I arrived I was taken into the staff area out the back of the shop, I was sat down with the assistant manager who asked me general questions about my CV and certain questions about my personality and skills. They told me there and then that I should come in for training soon and that's how I got the job. Simple. Just act confident, show your skills and abilities and show you're a sociable person who is easy to approach in a retail environment.
