Everything about them was urgent "can you do tomorrow 9am?"; "can you come back this afternoon?"; etc.
But then lots of gaps in communication in between. Just got the impression when they want something then it’s a priority but feedback and information to the candidate was not.
Spoke to a number of people as I just was not convinced they are better than ‘ok’ – in web analytics software Omniture, Coremetrics and WebTrends (their competition) give a far better impression to a candidate does that transfer to clients too?
I’m sure it’s ok but I was left just a little cold. Remember, interviewing is a 2 way street.
