Pros

Ability to take time off when necessary, good customer loyalty/satisfaction......

Cons

Complete separation of management and regular employees. No recognition to employees who really deserve it. Pay is very low, raises unheard of. Zero communication skills on management level. Company has lost family feel it once had. Morale it terribly low. Upper management too busy lining their own pockets with ESOP cash, using it as a personal piggy bank! Theives!

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees! Dont ignore issues. Recognize those who work hard. Remember, your employees are ultimatley what make you money! Stop feeding employees BS about company fianances, they can read through your lies!
