    Pros

Discount is amazing. Great team of employees. Relaxed dress code. Moved up quickly. Hoodies are very well made and speak for themselves.

    Cons

The sales environment overall is poor, employees are expected to be pushy and sales driven but there is no motivation to sell so you have employees who are supposed to act like they are commission based with no commission as a motivator, hours are not given based on sales either. Sadly, so much emphasis is made on sales that often team members steal each others sales and conflicts arise over this. Too many employees were hired and too many seasonal employees were kept so employees ended up with under 15 hours, seniority was not used to determine hours which lead to a lot of frustration. Constant changes in management, management positions were often filled in desperation and therefore poor decisions were made and morale declined. There was no room for growth unless you were favored by upper management. There was no organization to mark downs, shipment, or transfer procedures and the semblance of guidelines for these things were constantly being changed last minute which lead to errors. Upper management was a constant source of drama and is extremely unprofessional, there are definitely favorite stores and employees within the district. Upper management does not support or back up lower manager's decisions even if they are following procedures in place by the company. The company wants to be cool and have new technology and be different than other retail stores, but the ideas often become problematic and hinder the store's development. Just so many negative things that I can't even list them all, it's sad because this could be an awesome retail store.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees better, give them an incentive to do well and sell more product. Hire less people or give more hours. Focus on being innovative after you get your basics down like how to properly deal with shipment and transfers. Back up your employees when they follow the policies you put in place. Stop playing favorites. Be more professional.
