ConsPicking what to work on here is problem since we have 170,000 customers. Also, the focus on customer satisfaction isn't for everyone, but for those who want to make customers fanatically happy there is no better place.

Advice to Senior ManagementThink bigger, look at how well OpenStack is doing. Now, let's go out and think even bigger and change the world again.
