Pros

The only thing positive I can say about NTT is the pay. I call it the B.S. premium. They can't attract & retain good talent, so they have to pay 10% or 20% more salary to dupe people into working here.

Cons

My list is long. If you work in Finance or Accounting beware!!! They're asking us to train our replacements in India (big layoff coming). The company is just dysfunctional. Poor IT systems, no good processes, leadership is absent. When Sr. leadership do finally decided to work, they can't communicate. Most of the smart, high-performing talent has already left, so it's a very amateur labor-force. Even the V.P. are bumbling clowns who have never had a real job with an efficient company. It's just not a good place to work. The 401K match is lame and it vest after 3 years. Benefits are average, but not for a technology company. Their latest debacle is taking Accounting & Finance Global... meaning they're outsourcing Accounting to India. Gee I wonder how that's going to workout for them? Not only will you be on calls at all hours of the day & night, but you'll get stuck working with the cheapest labor possible.
