TeleTech – “A Real Work From Home Job”

Pros

The best reason to work at TeleTech is the ability to work from home. TeleTech offers ongoing training and they have shifts available to fit just about anyone's schedule. When it is busy, like during the Christmas rush, the hours available to work are almost unlimited.

Cons

The major downside to TeleTech is that when it is not busy, they give mandatory time off without pay. This means when it is slow, you don't get any hours. As a seasonal employee, you do not get any benefits or paid time off so if you need to take a day off, you have to make arrangements to switch with someone or get someone to cover for you.

Advice to Senior Management

The best advice I can give to TeleTech is to reduce the total number of employees so that the employees you do have can make a living. I love my job and I love working from home, but I need to be able to earn enough to make it worth my time.
