PTO is flexible and can actually be used if approved

There was matching which was nice. Don't remember the exact figure. Time off wasn't that great, but it wasn't the worst. Had plenty of observed federal holidays baked in, plus the PTO accrual was on average to other employers.

401K is nice to have, Medical costs are still high, PTO is limited to 10 days a year

Benefits weren't that great and after getting acquired in early 2023, benefits went down the tank, we also lost paternity/maternity leave, unlimited PTO and wellness days. Only good thing that came out was 401k matching but that was a joke since hundreds got laid off in May and didn't even vest.

Not much vacation time here. Very short maternity/paternity leave. Volunteer time off is one day.

Benefits have changed since being added to CTU. Went from unlimited time off to 10 days off a year and has poorer insurance and no raises were given end of year.

Love the benefits! Unlimited PTO is great however it's important to use it wisely. Medical/dental/vision insurance coverage is not the best but still good. Love working from home, one wellness/Friday off per month + one productivity Friday per month where no meetings take place, all holidays paid off and then some, never have had so many 4-day weekends, 401k but no match but great investment options.
