Very brief, most of it is on the job. It can be difficult at times because class sizes can be large. Sometimes there are autistic or extremely hyperactive kids in the class that can be disruptive and a challenge. Especially when they do not have a helper. No training on how to handle them. Since the rate of autism is going up, plan on having at least one or two kids in every other class. Keep in mind even the littlest things can set them off, like other kids chewing gum. The child flipped out on the entire class... very stressful.
