We want to clarify that every employee has a clearly laid out copy of the compensation policy built into the employee website as well as access too view their stats and their pay page. We also offer training and resources to give everyone an equal shot to reach productivity and start making up to $13/hour. This job is not for everyone, but do all that we can to help employees along the way because we want you to make more money! We're very sad to see you were left with a different impression of the company, but we encourage you to reach out to the management team in the Sarasota office to discuss it.
