We have three rules. Rule #1 is work where you are most productive and where you will learn the most. Rule #2 is to show up at team meetings, customer meetings, or offsites when asked to be there. Rule #3 is if you are confused, go back to rule #1 and rule #2. We focus on being productive and learning, while staying plugged in with your team and your team’s needs.
