Not enough PTO. Starts off with 2 weeks PTO, 2 floating holidays, and 7 company paid holidays.

Basic. No frills type coverage

They only offer plans with pretty high deductibles. They are based out of FL so when you are in AZ the plans don’t work the best. They also don’t contribute as much to your benefits costs as other companies do. But it’s better to have some benefits than none.
