The Company pays 85% of the employee's monthly health coverage plan and include Dental and Vision. These plans are available to the employees dependents as well at regular plan prices.

The premium cost to the employee isn't too bad, but they recently changed it to not cover any family members, only the single employee. So if you have a wife and kids, it's pretty useless. When we asked, they told us to blame President Obama.
