HealthPlanOne is committed to creating an environment where diversity is celebrated, and inclusion is the essence of our culture. In 2021, HealthPlanOne increased its focus on diversity and inclusion (D&I) by launching a Diversity Council. Among the council's first-year accomplishments are important cultural tributes (a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr video message and the celebration of Black History Month), employee engagement events (virtual cooking classes, and trivia night), and community outreach by supporting Habitat for Humanity in all our Sales Center cities.
